Every home should have a First Aid kit. Check your kit twice a year as some items can loose their effectiveness or are past expiration.

  • CPR card [we can easily forget under pressure]
  • EMS and Emergency contact numbers [again, we can easily forget under pressure]
  • Bandages of all sizes
  • Sterile Gauze
  • Scissors
  • Tourniquet
  • Sharpie marker [to mark the time of tourniquet application, or in case of communication difficulties]
  • 2 Pairs Nitrile Gloves
  • Medical Tape
  • Alcohol Wipes
  • Antiseptic Wipes
  • Cotton Swabs
  • Tylenol
  • Antihistamine such as Benadryl
  • Eye Wash and Pads
  • Safety Pins
  • Sting Relief Wipes
  • Tweezers
